The head of the Information and Communication Technology Organization of Qom Municipality said that during the pandemic we have been after the development of Electronic Citizen Services and eliminate the face-to-face visits.
Kourosh Mohammad Hosseini stated that many steps have been taken during this period and we have developed the necessary infrastructure in this regard.
A good infrastructure and communication network has been established in the context of fiber optics and other information networks, he noted.
Referring to the launch of software systems in recent years, he underlined that one the most important of these systems is the electronic service desk called Qom-yar adding although we are at the beginning of the path, significant measures have been taken in the comprehensive development of these systems.
Mohammad Hosseini pointed out that Qom-yar application has been introduced to the people in Qom and this software version is also presented to citizens in other cities with different names, most of which are provided by municipalities.
He said that Qom-yar covers a wide range of services needed by citizens, and these services would be expanded step by step.
