The deputy of Urban Planning and Architecture of Qom Municipality stresses the increase of electronic services in the urban planning sector.
In the 70th official and public meeting of the Islamic City Council of Qom, Majid Metinfar presented a report on urban planning electronic services.
The provision of non-present services in the field of urban planning has made great progress, and today many services are provided electronically in this sector, he said.
The municipality has more than 41,000 citizen users in the electronic services sector, and validation is done continuously, and few cities have access to such facilities in the field of urban development, he asserted.
He said that the main appeal of citizens to the municipality is about urban planning, noting that, “In the field of urban development, one of the important concerns of the municipality is the removal of physical files, and good things have happened in this sector, and the damage caused by physical files has been greatly reduced.”
