The head of Qom Islamic City Council said that the opening of several large-scale urban projects, which remove the city areas from deadlock and marginalization, is one of the most important measures of urban management in creating social justice.
Dr. Hossein Eslami made the remarks referring to the opening of 218 urban projects in Qom.
In the current situation of the government, where there is a lot of external pressure, the progress we have in Qom’s urban management projects shows a very successful performance, the councilor noted.
If we make a comparison between the urban management of Qom and other metropolises, the improvement of the functional level of this group is completely tangible, he underscored.
Touching upon the opening of several important urban projects in the coming days, the head of the Islamic City Council of Qom said that some of these projects, such as the Tunnel of Shohaday-e Amniyat and the extension of the Islamic Republic Boulevard, will connect the less-privileged areas of the city to other areas.
