The CEO of the Cultural, Social and Sports Organization of Qom Municipality says the sanctuary plan was implemented near the Holy Shrine of Hazrat Masoumeh (PBUH) to use its spiritual and cultural capacities, and during this period, more than 40 different events have been executed in this plan.
Hojjatuleslam Tabatabainejad made the comments at the press conference on explaining the measures taken for the national issue-oriented event of “Saqqakhana”.
A capacity has been created in humanities that we can discuss growth and acceleration in Qom, he stated.
He stated that the city of Qom is blessed with the shrine of Hazrat Masoumeh (PBUH), the holy mosque of Jamkaran, and other holy sites, adding that Qom is a city for pilgrimage and pilgrims should prepare for this pilgrimage by creating a spiritual setting before visiting the pilgrimage and spiritual places.
The national issue-oriented event of “Saqqakhana” focused on the tourism capacities of pilgrimage cities in Iran and it will be held in the three cities of Qom, Mashhad and Shiraz, and the municipalities of these three cities carried out the necessary planning in this regard, he stated.
