In a decree, Qom mayor Dr. Saghaiannejad appointed the director general of the municipality’s human capital.
Dr. Seyyed Morteza Saghaiannejad appointed Ali Asghar Amadeh as the director general of Human Capital of Qom Municipality.
According to your levels of commitment and executive experience, hereby, you are appointed as the “Director General of Human Capital” of Qom Municipality, the decree reads.
“Paying attention to the strategic planning of human resources, developing human resources, designing succession plans, providing fair and equitable services to employees, and improving the level of administrative health through solutions related to organizational culture, while coordinating and aligning with other areas of the municipality within the framework of the Qom vision document 1414 is emphasized and expected.”
It is hoped that effective steps would be taken in the direction of realizing the ideals of the holy establishment of the Islamic Republic under the leadership of the Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei and serving the pilgrims and neighbors of the Karimeh Ahl al-Bayt (AS), it added.
