The head of Qom Islamic City Council considered the issue of foresight during the review of Qom’s comprehensive traffic plan and said that necessary forecasts should be made in comprehensive transportation studies and that the City council should be more responsible.

The councilor went on to say that in the case of the implementation of sidewalks, a passageway should be created first so that the citizen moves towards the culture of using it.
Before creating the infrastructure, we cannot get any results from training in the field of citizenship culture, and in the case of sidewalks, we must first create the ground and lead people to be human-oriented approach and reduce the use of private cars, he underlined.
