In the celebration of book day, book reading, and librarian with the presence of librarians, and provincial officials, the Cultural, Social and Sports Organization of Qom Municipality was honored as an exemplary institution in the development of public libraries in Qom province.
Coinciding with the 30th book week of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the ceremony commemorating book day, reading books, and librarians was held in Qom province.
The commemoration event was held with the attendance of General Mohammad Reza Movahed, commander of Imam Ali Bin Abi Talib (AS) Qom Corps, Hossein Gharib, General Director of Social and Cultural Affairs of Qom Governorate, Hojjatuleslam Seyyed Ahmad Tabatabaei Nejad, Head of the Cultural, Social and Sports Organization of Qom Municipality.
Hojjatuleslam Mohammad Hassan Zakari Rauf, the head of the Islamic Propagation Coordination Council of the province, Hojjatuleslam Danshi, the director of the National Library and Document Center of the province, Mehdi Tavaklian, the head of the general office of public libraries of Qom province, and a group of writers, librarians, and cultural activists were also among participants.
At the end of this ceremony, selected book readers, librarians, public libraries, and participating organizations of Qom province were honored.
