On the occasion of Firefighter’s Day, Dr. Saghaiannejad, the mayor of Qom, held talks with the agents and forces of this organization by attending one of the fire stations.
Dr. Seyyed Morteza Saghaiannejad, mayor of Qom, on the occasion of September 29 National Firefighter and Safety Day, visited station number six located in District four and met and talked with the firefighters of this station, some managers of the organization, and a group of commanders of Qom fire stations.
In this meeting, the mayor of Qom, while honoring the firefighter’s day and listening to the concerns of the firefighters, emphasized strengthening the spiritual and active motivations and improving the skills and knowledge of the forces, referring to the sacrifice and dedication of the firefighters.
He then considered the provision of peace and safety of the city as the most important concern of the municipality and reminded the need to pay more attention to the safety issues and take practical action of each member of the city community, including the citizens, to reduce accidents.
