The technical and civil deputy of Qom municipality said that Qom Municipality enjoys a vindicable performance in many of its civil projects and has advanced the plans beyond the specified budgets.
Abbas Helvaizadeh made the comments at the 55th official and public meeting of the Qom Islamic City Council.
Referring to the timing of urban projects, he stated that the perspective and timing of construction projects are adjusted based on the budget, land acquisition, and financial issues, he asserted.
He pointed to the successful performance of the municipality in urban projects and added that the budget line of the Namaz intersection project is 35 billion tomans, for which the municipality has spent about 42 billion tomans so far.
He highlighted that the initial schedule for the prayer square is 18 months and therefore the municipality is not behind its operational plan.
The Technical and Civil Deputy of Qom Municipality also noted that the special budget line of the Maarif amusement park is 8 billion, and more than 9 billion have been spent on it so far.
