The manager of District 5 of Qom municipality announced the execution of five urban development programs, saying until now, for 122 hectares in the district, five urban planning programs have been prepared and their plans are in the approval stage.
Zainul Abdin Gharachurloi made the announcement while speaking to reporters.
Stressing the development of District 5 and the capacity of this district for the economic prosperity of the city, he stated that this area has many capacities and can play an important role in the economic prosperity of the city.
He announced the implementation of five development programs for District 5 and added, “The first work done in the area was the design of the streets in the area, also 200,000 meters of people’s properties that were in the plan were removed from the plan, and in the second phase we will issue permits for these properties.”
The manager of District 5 of Qom Municipality noted that this district is developing and has many needs, and initially, a plan was defined for the talented areas; Until today, the plan and maps for 122 hectares in this area have been prepared and are in the approval stage.
