The mayor of Qom has announced the inauguration of a 5 thousand billion toman urban project in Qom by the end of this year.
Dr. Seyyed Morteza Saqaiannejad made the announcement referring to National Government Week and Qom municipality’s program for opening construction projects.
Following the opening and exploitation of Qom municipality projects, 40 projects will be opened at this stage, he said.
These 40 significant and effective projects will be in the cultural, social, transportation and traffic, entertainment, construction, service, environmental and green space sectors with a credit of over one thousand billion tomans, he added.
The mayor of Qom then called the opening of the Ghadir Galaxy service recreation project an example of an implemented and remarkable project.
This project was implemented with an area of 1000 square meters and with a credit of over 285 billion tomans and cooperation with the private sector and attracting economic participation are distinctive features of this project. he asserted.
He considered cooperation and partnership with the private sector as one of the important strategies and emphasized that a proper platform should be provided for investment and people’s participation in the project, and the municipality seeking the strong presence of the private sector in the development of the city
