Concurrently with Government Week, the municipality of Qom officially put into operation several projects in transportation and traffic, including launching smart intersections.
Following the opening of urban management projects in different service sectors, 40 projects with a credit of ten thousand billion rials become operational during Government Week.
In this regard, in the field of transportation and traffic, the project of smartening urban intersections worth 32 billion rials is ready for operation, and with their opening, the improvement of the traffic situation of busy urban intersections will be witnessed.
Line marking of continuous sidewalks with a credit of 1 billion rials and longitudinal marking of city roads with a credit of 18 billion rials will also be a part of the municipality’s traffic and transportation projects this week.
Also, the project electronic survey of bus passengers regarding the quality of bus services based on the pilot project results with a credit of 4 billion Rials will also enter the implementation phase.
