With the cooperation of taxi and cultural, social and sports organizations of Qom Municipality, the English and Arabic language training course for taxi drivers have been held for proper communication and interaction with foreign pilgrims.
Qom, as the second center of religious tourism in the country, welcomes countless domestic and foreign pilgrims and travelers throughout the year, in this regard, due to the presence of pilgrims with specific cultures and languages, the need for infrastructure appropriate to these pilgrims is also felt.
In order to achieve this important goal, the Taxi Organization and the Cultural, Social and Sports Organization of Qom Municipality have organized English and Arabic language classes and courses for taxi drivers.
The head of the Cultural, Social and Sports Organization of Qom Municipality, referring to the holding of these training courses, said in 2019, the first Arabic language and hosting culture course was held for 50 taxi drivers with 60 hours of training.
Hojjatoleslam Seyyed Ahmad Tabatabai Nejad, emphasizing that this action will be an important step in properly communicating and guiding foreign pilgrims and travelers, said: For the year 2022, we are looking to hold new training courses and mark the educated taxi in the city of Qom.
