The mayor of Qom says if the programs are done in a completely transparent manner, many problems will be solved and the people’s trust in the urban management sector will be increased, stressing that the 137 system is one of the departments that can help the managers in identifying and solving the problems of the municipality.
Dr. Seyyed Morteza Saghaiannejad made the comments while stating that citizens can communicate with Qom Municipality through various communication bridges.
Terminal 137 has now been able to translate itself into the language of citizens in transmitting issues and demands due to the place it has found among the people, he noted.
“In the light of this trust, social capital becomes more prominent; The municipal budget is financed by the people and the role of the government in some matters, such as infrastructure issues, is very limited, and from this perspective, the urban management complex considers itself responsible and accountable to citizens and urban development.”
The mayor asserted that If the challenges and problems of the city are reflected and expressed in a codified and specified manner, it will lead to the pursuit and solution of problems and ultimately increase the public satisfaction and trust of citizens.
