On a Saturday visit, journalists and media persons attended the Shahid Motahari station of the Qom metro project and got acquainted with the latest construction measures and equipping the Qom city train project.
During this visit, the officials of Qom Urban Train Organization announced the 95% progress of Shahid Motahari station and 86% progress of Shohaday-e Ghale-Kamkar and the preparation of four transit stations in the first phase of Qom metro line one.
According to the officials of the city train organization, the first phase of the Qom metro line has been ready for hot and cold testing for the past few months, and all the equipment has been finalized for operation.
Currently, the provision of trains and fleets is the main problem in the opening of this urban project.
Line one of the Qom metro project with a length of 14.8 km from Ghale-Kamkar to the Holy Mosque of Jamkaran is being implemented in 14 stations.
If trains and wagons are provided in less than 4 months, We will witness the operation and passengerizing of the first phase of a Qom metro line one between Keshavarz Square and Motahhari Square.
