The mayor of Qom, attending the municipality’s public communication system of 137, directly answered the citizens’ questions.
Ahead of Ten Days of Benevolence and following the implementation of the “Demanding Citizen, Responsible Manager” plan, Dr. Seyyed Morteza Saghaiannejad directly responded to the demands and requests of the citizens of Qom by attending the 137 public relations system.
While in 137 center, the mayor of Qom responded directly to 29 people’s phone calls in various fields of Urban services, urban planning, development projects, civil projects, and so on.
Besides, today some foreign pilgrims, who were present in the city for pilgrimage, made phone calls to 137 center and talked to the mayor and exchanged views about religious tourism.
It is worth mentioning that the fifth phase of the plan for the presence of senior municipality managers in terminal 137, entitled “Demanding Citizen, Responsible Manager”, has begun concurrently with the Decade of Benevolence.
This project is held every week with the presence of city managers from the Islamic Council of the city, deputies, regional managers, CEOs of organizations and staff managers on Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m.
