Head of Qom Municipality Urban Services Deputy says we ask the travelers to refrain from living along the highways and streets, especially along the Qom River, and to use the parks in the city for accommodation.
Mehdi Isfahanian Moghaddam made the remarks given the weather forecast, the possibility of hurricanes and spring showers in the coming hours and the prevention of possible accidents.
All facilities, human factors and equipment of municipal services have been mobilized to provide services for pilgrims and travelers, the municipality official stated.
More than 2,500 municipal service personnel, cleaners, gardeners, and 300 mechanized machines of municipal services, provided services around the clock in eight districts, especially areas around the holy shrine and the Holy Mosque of Jamkaran, he noted.
He went on to say that during the Eid al-Fitr holidays, a large number of pilgrims entered the city of Qom.
Head of Qom Municipality Urban Services Deputy reiterated that parks across the city, especially six parks, including the parks of Mehdi, Imam Reza (AS), Fadak, Niayesh, Niaz, and Ghadir, are ready for accommodation and respite of pilgrims.
