The Director General of Communications and International Affairs of Qom Municipality says that media people’s visits to semi-finished urban projects can be a solution to eliminate the knots of urban management projects, calling for the presence of provincial officials in these visits.
Mehdi Kalantarzadeh, referring to the unfinished project of the eastern parking lot of the holy shrine of Hazrat Fatemeh Masoumeh (PBUH), stressed that there is no doubt that the current situation of that area, especially as one of the entrances to the holy shrine of the Karimeh Ahl al-Bayt (PBUH), is not suitable for Qom.
Of course, the opening of various sidewalks around the holy shrine, such as Bahar Garden, Bazaar sidewalk, Revolution sidewalk and Ayatollah Marashi Najafi sidewalk, shows the municipality’s determination to pacify this area so that people and pilgrims can visit the holy sites with the necessary and sufficient peace, he added.
Then, the Director General of Communications and International Affairs of Qom Municipality paid attention to some problems of urban management projects.
Legal problems, cultural heritage issues, as well as the commonality of some lands, and inheritance issues cause difficulty in acquiring some lands and completing some projects, he added.
