The head of the information committee of the Pilgrims Facilities Headquarters of Qom Municipality announced that during Nowruz, 1680 skilled experts were stationed in Terminal 137, answering over a thousand telephone calls per day.
Mehdi Kalantarzadeh made the remarks elaborating on measures taken by the information committee of the Pilgrim Facilities and Urban Services Headquarters of Qom Municipality in Nowruz.
This committee was one of the 10 committees of the headquarters in which we envisaged various measures for the holidays of mid-Sha’ban and Nowruz, he stated.
The chief communication officer went on to say that preparing up-to-date maps for the pilgrim’s guide with the details required by the pilgrims and travelers has been one of them.
He pointed out that we tried to distance ourselves from using brochures and paper maps and replace them with online platforms.
23 members of the provincial information staff helped us in this regard, and the provincial press house also cooperated with us and helped us to inform travelers about the services provided in the province, he added.
