The head of the Islamic City Council of Qom says in order to hold the glorious celebration of mid-Shaban, the city management has started its activities in this regard for the past 3 months.
Dr. Hossein Eslami made the remarks today at the 31st official and public meeting of the Islamic City Council.
Referring to the arrival of the 20th of Esfand (solar month) and Rahyan Noor, (travelers to the light) he stated that Rahyan Noor is one of the most important tools for transmitting the culture of self-sacrifice and martyrdom.
Stressing the arrival of mid-Shaban celebrations, he reiterated that In order to hold the glorious mid-Shaban celebration, Qom city administration has started its actions and activities in this regard for the past 3 months and due to its coincidences with Nowruz 1401 It will continue until the day of nature.
Eslami considered the actions of the municipality to welcome the new year and added ground and infrastructure should be created in the city of Qom so that pilgrims and travelers entering this city have a positive memory and image of this city.
