The head of the Information and Communication Technology Organization of Qom Municipality says the process of smartening Qom is accelerating, stressing that the municipality management’s approach toward information technology is strategic.
Ali Momen Hejazi made the remarks at the introduction ceremony of the new head of the Information and Communication Technology Organization of Qom Municipality.
Pointing out that the Qom Municipality’s approach toward ICT is very appropriate, he said, “Most organizations have an instrumental approach toward ICT, but in the municipality, this is a strategic view that will advance the goals of this organization and improve the level of service to citizens.”
The predicted vision in next year’s budget will increase our level of responsibility, he stated.
We need to take more effective steps to fulfill this responsibility, and it requires all partners to work together as before to achieve the goals of the group with unity and empathy, he added.
The new head of the Information and Communication Technology Organization of Qom Municipality, emphasizes that in the programs expected by the municipality and the planning deputy, we must develop a good plan with a schedule and take steps.
The municipality official concluded that our focus will be on citizen services. We have better conditions in the field of infrastructure and we have to work in the field of citizen services.
