Mehdi Mobini has been appointed as the Director General of Human Capital of Qom Municipality in a decree issued by Dr. Saghaiannejad, Mayor of Qom.
Regarding your commitment and executive experience and your excellency, and according to this ruling, you will be appointed as the “Director General of Human Capital” of Qom Municipality, Morteza Saghaiannejad wrote.
‘You are expected to pay attention to human resource management planning, human resource development, designing succession planning programs, providing fair and equitable services to employees, improving the level of administrative health through solutions related to organizational culture, while coordinating with other municipal areas within the framework of Qom 1414 vision document and program,” he added.
It is hoped that by relying on God Almighty and in the care of Hazrat Valiasr (PBUH),you take effective steps towards realizing the ideals of the establishment of the Islamic Republic under the leadership of the Supreme Leader and serving the pilgrims of holy shrine of Hazrat Fatemeh Masoumeh (AS).
It is worth mentioning that he has previously been the Deputy Director General of Human Resources and the head of Qom Municipality University of Applied Science and Technology.
In the meantime, Dr. Seyyed Morteza Saghaiannejad had been reinstated as mayor of Qom for the third time by the Islamic City Council on August 7.
