On the eighth week of the inauguration, the Qom Municipality operationalized Martyr Ayatollah Mohammad Baqir Hakim Boulevard and direct path of non-level intersection on Monday. The project was inaugurated with the presence of Qom mayor, Dr. Saghaiannejad, Ayatollah A’rafi, the director of the country’s seminaries, chairman, and members of the Islamic City Council of Qom, provincial officials, and city managers.
