Qom Municipality’s senior managers went to the center of terminal 137 to answer citizen’s phone calls.
To establish direct communication with people and informing them of urban services and to monitor the quality and quantity of these services, Qom municipality has set up a direct communication Terminal. The citizens can contact the municipality authorities by dialing 137, and leave their suggestions or complaints.
