Iran’s religious metropolises ink MoU on tourism

Iranian religious metropolises have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Tourism in Qom, aiming to promote the culture of tourism ethics.

The  MoU was signed during a ceremony attended by representatives of the country’s religious and tourism metropolises and also hosted by Qom Municipality.

The pact also plans for getting acquainted with tourist places and attractions while benefiting from tourism capacities with a sustainable development approach.

In this memorandum, issues such as interaction and exchange of experiences and cultural, social and tourism capacities, participation and establishment of mutual cooperation in the field of knowledge development, vision and prosperity of urban tourism industry have been considered.

The cities of Mashhad, Qom and Shiraz are the religious metropolises that have inked the Memorandum of Understanding.
