June 29, 2020 – Coincided with Ten Days of Benevolence which marks the birthday anniversary of Imam Reza and Hazrate Masoumeh, some 110 projects in Qom have been inaugurated by the municipality.
Mayor of Qom, Dr. Morteza Saghaiannejad, said after several years of consecutive works, this year is the year of productivity while adding during this year several projects will be put into operation in Qom.
He stated that in the first step, 110 different projects in the fields of civil engineering, traffic, technology, cultural investment and urban green space were inaugurated coincidentally with Ten Days of Benevolence.
The mayor of Qom went on to note that sanctions, Corona viruand natural disasters have not stopped these projects, and they were seriously pursued to become operational.
Inauguration of 886 projects in Qom by end of year
Saghaeiannejad announced the opening of projects in four phases of Ten Days of Benevolence, Government Week, Sacred Defense Week and Fajr Decade highlighting that the number of projects to be opened by the end of the year is about 886.
110 projects that were inaugurated in the Ten Days of Benevolence with worth over 8600 billion Rials implemented in all eight districts and subordinate organizations of Qom Municipality and are accessible for the citizens.
