The mayor of Qom announced the assistance of the municipality to the Rahian-e Noor headquarters of Qom province with the approval of the Islamic City Council.
Dr. Seyyed Morteza Saghaiannejad made the announcement in the 69th official and public session of Qom Islamic City Council.
Touching upon obtaining a facility permit for the Rahian-e Noor headquarters, h stated, “The Rahian-e Noor headquarters has been formed in the province and all the officials of the province are members of this headquarters.”
Representatives from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, the governor’s office, the municipality, and other institutions are present in this headquarters, and in the past years, he noted.
“Last year, Qom municipality helped about 100 million to this institution, which did not require approval, but this year, in order to strengthen this cultural movement and in the form of this bill with approval of the Islamic City Council, the headquarters will have a stronger presence.”
Based on an agreement with the Program and Budget Organization, these grants will be returned in the form of construction projects for the city of Qom, he concluded.
