The head of the management of modernization and organizational transformation of Qom Municipality announced the signing of the memorandum of cooperation between the research group and the academic and research centers of Qom.
Mohammad Maddahi Harandi made the announcement referring to the importance of paying attention to research measures.
Research projects and scientific articles play a significant role in large complexes such as the municipality, and in the past years, efforts have been made to better manage the activities and actions of Qom Municipality with research programs, he stated.
He further announced the signing of the memorandum of cooperation between the research group and the academic and research centers of Qom, adding a memorandum of cooperation between the research group and the Qom Elite Foundation has also been inked.
He went on to say that a study contract has been concluded with the departments of budget, revenue and communications and international affairs of Qom Municipality in this field.
Referring to the support of theses, books and scientific articles of Qom Municipality employees, he asserted, “In order to solve problems and reduce the time of processing people’s requests with the municipality, there is a readiness to use research capacities in the municipality.”
