Shahidan Shateri sports cultural complex in District 3 of Qom was opened and made available to the citizens with the presence of the mayor of Qom.
Following the exploitation of construction projects of Qom Municipality, Shahidan Shateri cultural and sports complex was officially put into use during a ceremony attended by the mayor and a number of citizens of Qom.
The construction operation of this cultural and sports complex started in 2018 on land with an area of 1,200 square meters and a built area of 1,500 square meters.
Equitable distribution of sports and recreational facilities in the neighborhoods, provision of a cultural and sports environment, creation of grounds for promoting social vitality and healthy sports, and increasing people’s satisfaction are among the main goals of building this cultural and sports complex.
Being located in the less privileged neighborhood of Imam Hassan Mojtaba (AS) in district 3, the very suitable quality of the area, the multi-purpose nature of the project, the use in crisis situations and emergency accommodation and the use of the municipality’s lands and properties to reduce the cost of the project are prominent features of this cultural and sports complex.
