The first phase of the women and family park of Hazrat Maryam (AS) in District 1 of Qom municipality was put into operation with the presence of the mayor, the head of the Islamic City Council, and the head of the women’s committee of the City Council.
In total, about 90 billion Rials have been spent for the first phase of this park, of which 10 billion Rials have been spent on the construction of the park, 4.5 billion Rials for the creation of green spaces and accessories, and 75 billion Rials have been spent on ownership from the municipality’s resources.
Since 2018, carrying out acquisitions, construction operations, and the construction of Hazrat Maryam’s women and family park in an area of over three thousand square meters has been on the agenda of Qom municipality’s District 1.
Creating a fun and energizing environment for women, developing and increasing green space per capita, and creating a proper place for women’s leisure are defined as the main goals of this project.
