During Nowruz 1401, terminal 137 of Qom Municipality will fully be ready to receive citizens’ messages round the clock, as well as to provide information and guidance to pilgrims and travelers in the holy city of Qom.
According to the plans made in the information committee of the Pilgrims Facilities and Travel Services Headquarters of Qom Municipality, communication terminal137 of Qom Municipality will be ready to operate full time.
Providing information needed by pilgrims and travelers of Qom city such as routing and accommodation centers, pilgrimage centers, tourism centers parks and gardens, recreation centers, special performances, cultural programs and… are among the services provided through the 137 telephone system to pilgrims and travelers of the holy city of Qom.
Citizens can also register a request by contacting this system if they see any urban problems, so that it can be addressed as soon as possible and the relevant problems can be resolved.
